Taxpayers' Bill of Rights Meetings

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration's (CDTFA) has scheduled its annual Taxpayers' Bill of Rights meeting. This public meeting is an opportunity for you to present ideas, discuss issues, express concerns, and share recommendations and other items related to the CDTFA's administration of its tax and fee programs.

The Taxpayers' Bill of Rights meeting will be held in person on Thursday, August 22, 2024, beginning at 9:30 a.m., at the May Lee State Office Complex Auditorium, 651 Bannon Street, Sacramento, CA 95811. Those unable to participate in person may participate by telephone or submit comments by email to our office. To participate by telephone on the day and time of the meeting, dial toll-free 1-844-867-6169, access code 5591625#. A link to view the 2024 live webcast will be available on this page prior to the meeting.

Although you are not required to make advance arrangements to speak at a taxpayers' bill of rights meeting, please contact the Taxpayers' Rights Advocate (TRA) Office beforehand to let us know the nature of your topic so the TRA Office can be responsive to your needs.
