Taxpayers' Bill of Rights Meetings
As required by the Taxpayers' Bill of Rights, the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) holds annual public meetings to listen to your suggestions, comments, and concerns.
These meetings give you the opportunity to present your ideas, concerns, and recommendations regarding legislation, the quality of agency services, and other issues related to the CDTFA's administration of its tax programs. You can also suggest ways to resolve any problems identified in the Taxpayers' Rights Advocate's Annual Report.
The 2021 virtual Taxpayers' Bill of Rights Meeting will be held on August 12th. Please check this webpage periodically in 2021 for an announcement of the times for the 2021 virtual Taxpayers' Bill of Rights Meeting. To be placed on a notification list, please contact the Taxpayers' Rights Advocate Office. You may also receive an email invitation to future meetings by subscribing to the Taxpayers' Bill of Rights CDTFA Updates list.
