Cigarette Tax Stamp (CTS) Email Request

The CTS Email request is intended to answer general, non-confidential questions that are not addressed on our CTS website or elsewhere.

Please use the form below to email your questions to the CTS Program Managers. Otherwise, you may contact our Customer Service Center at 1-800-400-7115 (TTY:711), Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific time), excluding state holidays. From the main menu select the option "Special Taxes and Fees".

We will respond as quickly as possible. We strive to answer your questions within 12 calendar days. If we are unable to answer your questions within 12 days, we will send you an acknowledgement that we have received your request and are working on a response for you.

To safeguard your privacy, do not send confidential taxpayer information (e.g. your social security number(s) or other taxpayer-specific information) to our CTS email account.
