The property consists of six packs of Newport brand menthol cigarettes (20 each), one pack opened Newport brand menthol cigarettes (2 sticks), one pack opened Marlboro brand cigarettes (1 stick), unstamped and non-MSA; 40 units of cannabis vape, various, 12 units of cannabis edibles, various, unlicensed cannabis business, and 323 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 on May 22, 2024, at 11:50 a.m. from Michelle Prasad, DBA Smoke Depot Smoke Shop, located at 1022 McHenry Ave., Modesto, CA 95350.
