The property consists of 315 units of commercial packaging, bags and 27 units of commercial packaging, boxes, universal symbol violation; 19 units of various THC vape, 18 units of various cannabis edibles, and 26 units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 699 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on November 26, 2024, at 12:02 p.m. from El Rio Smoke Shop Inc., DBA Shore Smoke Zone, located at 1025 Harbor Blvd., Oxnard, CA 93035.
