830.0080 Preserve Reduction. The zoning of parcels as timberland production is accomplished pursuant to Government Code sections 51110 et seq. The rezoning of land already zoned as timberland production must be pursuant to sections 51121, 51133, 51134 or 51155, as applicable, or the attempted removal from timberland production status is void and of no effect.
