330.2307.800 Lease of Scale—Model Truck. A handmade ¾ scale working model of Peterbilt truck-tractor is leased exclusively to businesses for promotional and advertising purposes. As it is never used for hauling persons or property for substantial distances, it is not within the definition of "mobile transportation equipment," and the taxability of the leases is determined by Regulation 1660 rather than Regulation 1661. 5/7/86.
