Article 5. Inclusion of Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans in Sales Tax*

6189. Operative date of article. This article shall be operative on July 1, 2013, and shall become inoperative on July 1, 2016. As of January 1, 2017, this article is repealed. A tax imposed by this article shall continue to be due and payable until the tax is paid.
