In the event no rate is returned, ensure the address or coordinates are accurate and resubmit an updated request. If a single rate is returned, it can be used to calculate the amount of sales tax due. In the event multiple rates are returned, we encourage you to ask your customer to select the correct tax rate from the rates returned to calculate the sales or use tax due.
