The property consists of 14 boxes, Stiiizy Premium THC Pods (1gr, 1000 mg THC, one each, untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products; 1 bottle, Tetra Delta 8 THC Gummies (500 mg thc, 20 each), untaxed/unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products; 44 boxes, Sigelei disposable; device (5% nic, one each), untaxed tobacco products; 15 boxes, Snow Bar Plus disposable device (3ml, 5% nic, one each), untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016 and Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on February 16, 2021, at 1:20 p.m. from Abdo Mohamed Alkobadi dba: Fresno’s Finest Smokeshop, located at 4770 E. Clinton Ave., Suite 107, Fresno, CA 93703.
