California Department of Tax and Fee Administration's Norwalk Office Relocating to Cerritos

Sacramento – The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) will close their Norwalk office on Friday, November 3, 2017, at 3 p.m., and open a new office in Cerritos on Monday, November 6, 2017, at 8 a.m.

The new office will offer taxpayers free parking and easy access from SR-91. A state-of-the-art queuing system will direct taxpayers as they check in, and self-serve kiosks will allow taxpayers to complete transactions and make payments conveniently and efficiently.

Representatives at CDTFA offices can help taxpayers register for or close out a permit, complete a return, make a payment, make changes to an account, sign up for taxpayer education classes, file for a use tax or escrow tax clearance, or offer tax advice and assistance with electronic services. Many of these services are also available online.
